Event Summary *OVERVIEW: Cold temperatures and strong winds will combine to produce bitterly cold wind chills beginning Thursday evening, and continuing into Saturday. *HAZARDOUS WEATHER: Wind Chills in the Bitterly Cold Range, dipping to between 20 and 30 below zero. Coldest wind chills will be across the Northern and Western Mountains . *TIMING: Starting Thursday evening, and continuing into Saturday. Lowest wind chill readings will be during the overnight and early morning hours. *IMPACTS: Frostbite possible on exposed skin with only short time outside in the cold. Hypothermia possible as well.
