PRIVATE EVENT RENTALS Location and Parking The Nordic Museum is located in the thriving Ballard neighborhood of Seattle. Situated on Market Street between the world-famous Hiram M. Chittenden Locks and historic Ballard Avenue, the Museum is approximately a 15-minute drive from downtown, with easy access to Highway 99 and I-5.

Valet Service
The Museum offers parking for private events. Along with metered parking on the surrounding streets, there are a number of accessible pay lots within a few blocks of the Museum.
To ease arrival and departure to your special event, Nordic Museum or City Catering staff will work with you to arrange for valet parking services.
