Everyone must sign-in at the front desk to use a computer.

Each user must sign-in in person to use a computer.

Children and teens age18 and under have priority use of the computers Monday-Friday 2:306:00 p.m. and 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. on school holidays, from September to June at Youth Priority locations. If no children or teens have signed-up to use the computers, adults may use them.
•
If adults are using all of the computers during this time period at Youth Priority locations, and a child or teen asks to use one of them, the adult with the shortest amount of time left on his or her reservation time period has an option of finishing their time period or relinquishing the computer to the waiting child or teen.
Time Limits •

Each session is 30 minutes in length. Please be courteous. If someone is waiting to use the computer, please end your session on time. If no one is waiting, please come to the front desk to receive additional time. When ending your session, please make sure you log-out from all of your accounts with personal information and reboot the machine before leaving. Center staff will make a final
announcement 15 minutes before the center closes. This is the designated time to shut down the computers. Please stop your computer activities when the final announcement is made.
Enjoy Free Internet Access but Please Do Not . . . •
Engage in illegal activities such as tampering with computer hardware or software; unauthorized entry into any computer system; or vandalism or destruction of computer files. Such activity is a crime under state and federal statutes

Spread computer viruses or Malware; Computer viruses or malware are programs developed as pranks which can destroy programs and data. Such activity is a crime under state and federal statutes

Use computer facilities for fee-based tutoring or instructional purposes
•
Use computers for any illegal or criminal purpose
•
Violate copyright laws regarding software, information & attributions of authorship
•
Violate software licensing agreements
•
Use/download/upload any software programs;
•
Save files or programs to computer hard drives
•
Exceed two-person maximum number of users per computer
•
The Center relies on the cooperation of computer users to provide shared access to resources. Violations of these acceptable use rules may result in an immediate loss of access
Hardware & Software •

All computers have USB ports. Users must bring their own headphone jacks or earbud-style headphones. All computers have Internet access via Internet Explorer.
External Storage Devices •
You may save to a personally owned USB memory stick. DPR does not provide external storage devices.
Printing •
There is no access to printing services at this location.
Staff Assistance •
Center staff can provide help with access to the Internet but cannot provide tutoring or hands-on assistance.
