Lutheran Women in Mission
LWML Mission Statement
The Lutheran Women’s Missionary League (LWML), along with the Lutheran Laymen’s League (Lutheran Hour Ministries), are the official auxiliaries of the Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod (LCMS). LWML has as its “mission heart” thousands of volunteers who are daily dedicating their lives to making a difference in the world. Please join these women as they share their hearts for Christ by sharing the Good News with others around the world.
The mission of the Lutheran Women’s Missionary League is to assist each woman of The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod in affirming her relationship with the Triune God so that she is enabled to use her gifts in ministry to the people of the world. (Adopted October 1988) We praise God for you (the church workers of the LCMS) and your dedication to share His love with those around you. We pray that you will daily find renewed joy in serving our Savior and sharing His love. May God bless your ministry to His glory. Contact Us Lutheran Women’s Missionary League

With Church Workers of the LCMS Bringing Good News to the World
Work of Martha, Devotion of Mary Since 1942, the LWML has provided prayer and financial support for local and global missions. The mission of LWML begins within local congregations and communities with women in service to their Lord and spreads around the world.
Living and Sharing Faith LWML women are passionate about living and sharing their faith. They: • Pray for each other and for their church workers. • Spend time together in the Word. • Commit to supporting their church and church workers.
