Jumps Clinics High Jump: June 17, Tuesday, 8 a.m.-Noon Long and Triple Jump: June 19, Thursday, 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Beneficial for long jumpers, triple jumpers and high jumpers, these skills camps will include drills demonstrated by members of the Wolf Pack track and field team. Campers will be given the opportunity to perform drills and receive critiques from staff members. At the completion of the clinic, campers will receive a booklet with detailed descriptions of all drills. • Creating jump-specific warm-up routines for long, triple and high jumpers • Developing jump-specific approaches, positions, landings and techniques • Discussions of elements of training and drills to make you a better jumper Check-in: 30 minutes before each clinic, Wolf Pack Athletics East field, UNR Fees: High Jump: $65 | Long and Triple Jump: $75 Fees include instruction and drills booklet.

Camp Details

Speed and Power Development Clinic

Jumps and Throws Clinics are held at the Wolf Pack Athletics East field on the University of Nevada, Reno campus. Speed and Power Development Clinic is held at Mackay Stadium on campus. Parking permits will be available for purchase. For camp content questions, please call assistant coach Scott Williamson, (985) 414-4502 (cell), or email [email protected]. Campers, please bring snacks, lunch (if attending full-day), workout clothes, appropriate shoes, shot/discus/javelin for throws (some implements will be provided), sunscreen and water bottles. (Water and cups will be provided, but bring a bottle to refill.)

Registration with full payment is due by June 6.

Full payment is due upon registration. Full refunds will be given if camp is cancelled by the University. Full refunds of fees paid, less a $20 cancellation fee, will be given for participant-initiated cancellations made prior to camp. No refunds of registration fees will be made after the start of camp.
