Women In Banking and Finance Leadership Series The Central Iowa Chapter of the Risk Management Association invites you to attend our second event in our Women in Banking and Finance Leadership Series. Learn how Ann WagnerHauser navigated a successful career in banking at the Executive level and how she transitioned to bank board leadership. Come with your own questions and enjoy an afternoon networking with women in our industry.

Ann Wagner-Hauser was the President of Wells Fargo Bank in Des Moines from 1982-2001, managing 12 bank locations in Des Moines, Ames, Marshalltown and Ottumwa with overall assets totaling $2.1 billion and 326 employees. She was responsible for National Accounts, Mid Market, Financial Institutions, Business Banking, Commercial Real Estate, Treasury Management, Private Banking and Retail Banking groups. Two bankers and Ann developed and implemented a plan with two banker that was successful in raising the deposit cap in the State of Iowa allowing Wells Fargo to acquire the Brenton Bank Group. Today she is a Director for Northwest Bank and Northwest Financial Corporation boards. In addition, she serves on the board of Lifespace Communities, Inc. She is an honorary board member for the Civic Center of Greater Des Moines and serves as a committee member for several other causes. Event Details Date: September 27
