Women’s SIG OPERATING COMMITTEES Events Goal: Coordinate kick-off Introductory/Networking Event with CoreNet members and qualified guests (referrals). What: Work with leadership to develop plan and budget for the event. Include high-profile guest speaker. When: 2nd Qtr. 2010 Membership Goal: Increase quantity and quality of women professionals in NYC Chapter. Target: Broad profile – jr. to sr. level of responsibility. End User/Service Provider members. Recruit prospective members. Liaison with chapter membership committee. Learning Goal: Career Path options/guidance What: Format – Develop plan and budget for Learning session workshops/facilitator, panel discussions/speakers When: 2nd and 4th Qtr. 2010 Communications Goal: Develops overall marketing strategy to assure maximum exposure of the Women’s Community within the chapter and the NYC community. Work closely with Chapter PR Committee and Shea Communications. Website: Work with Chapter Communications Committee and Shea Communications on creating a Women’s Community web page. PR - Work with Chapter Communications Committee and Shea Communications to develop Women’s branding strategy and PR timeline for press releases, newsletter deadlines and website information.
