We require 2 weeks advance notice for all new application. Late submission may result in a delay in the commencement of the bus service. Written notification must be given to the Transport Office at least 2 weeks prior to the termination date. Unless Woodlands Transport receives written notification of any cancellation two weeks before the effective date, Woodlands Transport reserves the right to assume that the existing service is still required and parents will be invoiced accordingly.
