Washing preserves the natural lanolin and oils and increases the longevity and life of the yarns. The Laundress Wool & Cashmere Shampoo eliminates toxic chemicals like Perchloroethylene (PERC) which is used in dry cleaning. Scented in Cedar, a natural moth and bug repellent. Effective in all water systems. FOR BEST RESULTS: We recommend hand washing your items. Turn item inside out before washing. Do not mix colors, sort by like colors only. Always pre-treat soiled areas with The Laundress Stain Solution. If washing in the machine, protect your woolens with The Laundress Mesh Washing Bag. Lay flat to dry in its natural shape.
