Policyholder Meeting In attendance at the February Annual Policyholder Meeting were MCIM agents, MCIM staff and several policyholders. Congratulations to Donald Pratt, Gregory Shugart and Tom Messner, as they were all re-elected by our policyholders to serve a new three-year term on the MCIM Board of Directors.
George Jonascu - Presented technical information to a coworker in a clear and easy-to understand manner Kara Barnhart - Covered co-workers’ phones so they could leave early during a snowstorm Tammy Venzke - Went out of her way to provide prompt service to an agent Rachel Whittaker - Stopped what she was doing to assist a co-worker in completing a project in Microsoft Excel Amy Grimes - Caught a significant mistake made by our payroll company and followed through until the issue was completely resolved Pat Howle - Received “praise” from an insured when she promptly solved a long-standing issue
