This Pale Ale showcases fruity esters, malty goodness and aromatic hops. A blend of old and new world, we use our top cropping English Ale yeast, a mix of flavoursome malts and a healthy dose of hops; Simcoe in the whirlpool and some classic NZ hop cones via our hop back. Technical stuff: 4.9% ABV 29-34 IBU 18-22 EBC

A balanced Red Ale ‘built’ from components of an open fermented base red ale, barrel aged to naturally acidify, blended with a fresh beer. The play on sweet, sour and bitter create a vibrant experience, tart cherry and red wine like complexities give this beer depth and length on the palate. Technical stuff: 4.9% ABV 7-12 IBU 45-55 EBC

Our Berliner Weisse is a fluffy little bunny. A tart and tangy libation, refreshing and sessionable.
