THE CLUB The game of Rugby has been played on campus since 1957. WWU competes in the Northwest Collegiate Rugby Conference (NCRC) and is the defending Champion. Homes games are played on the new Harrington Field, recognized as one of the finest rugby playing facilities in the country. Due to the close proximity to the Canadian border, WWU is able to compete against schools such as UBC, U of Victoria, and other BC clubs.
