Event Space: Our 35,000 square foot conference center, with a total of 25 meeting salons, is very flexible to accommodate events from 10 to 1,000 attendees. Our Grand Ballroom is 10,000 square feet and is divisible into three sections. Our Topsider Room features a 2,000 square foot deck providing spectacular panoramic views of the St. Johns River and the downtown skyline. Transportation – Airport Information: Jacksonville International Airport is just 13 miles from the Wyndham. The Wyndham is a designated stop for the Skyway Express System which travels to the Jacksonville Landing and the Convention Center as well as the River Taxis which are docked directly in front of the hotel should your attendee’s wish to explore the North bank of the St. John’s River. Also, Avis Rent-A- Car is located in the hotel lobby and they provide day rentals should your members choose to take a trip to the beach or go on a shopping excursion. Catering: Our culinary team is excellent in tailoring menus based on group’s budgets, dietary needs and themes. From extravagant galas to riverfront team buildings, our staff’s creativity is endless!
