Friday, 16 December 2016 Year 4 Visit to The Deep Tuesday, 17 January 2017 Trip Leader - Miss Barrett Dear Parent / Carer, As part of our curriculum work, we will be visiting The Deep, Hull, HU1 4DP. The children will need a packed lunch and a drink. They are not allowed to bring; products containing nuts or any nuts (as other children may be allergic to them), chocolate, sweets, energy drinks, fizzy pop, glass bottles or cans. If your child is eligible for free school meals, and you would like school to organise a packed lunch for them, please contact the office by Thursday, 05 January 2017 The children should wear school uniform. The cost of the trip is £17.50 to be paid via Parent Pay by Thursday, 05 January 2017. This is a voluntary contribution, due to no other funding being available for the visit. If sufficient funds aren’t raised, the visit may have to be cancelled. Goodie bags are available to purchase in advance from the gift shop. These are priced at £3 each and contain a selection of goods. This is an optional purchase. If you would like to purchase a goodie bag, payment should be made via Parent Pay by Thursday, 05 January 2017. Itinerary for the day: 08:30am 08:45am 10:00am 10:15am 12:00pm 1:00pm 2:30pm 3:30pm
