Registration Requirements:
! No registration is required beyond the purchase of new tires from authorized dealers. Registration for the contingency program is automatic when tires are purchased through an authorized dealer. ! Proof of purchase is required before contingency claims are considered valid. ! Participants may contact (949)589-5394 with any additional questions. ! Competitors must use 2014 forms for contingency redemption. No exceptions!
Usage Requirements:
1. To be eligible for this program, competitors must be using Yokohama Racing A005 Tires on all four wheel positions. IMSA GT3 Cup tires are ineligible for this contingency program! 2. The A005 tires must have been purchased through Trackside Performance, Bob Woodman Tire, Trackfast Motorsports. In the event tires are purchased through a prep- shop instead, you will need to call Trackside Performance to see if you will qualify for the program. 3. Decals Requirement: YES (Must use 2014 decal package). 4. # of Decals: 6. (See placement examples below) 5. Location: One decal must be placed on each side of the vehicle. No exceptions will be made for this rule. No competing tire decals allowed on vehicle. 6. Decal availability: Decals will be mailed once registered. Additional decals are available through (949) 589-5394, [email protected], [email protected].

AIX, GTSU, GTS1, GTS2, GTS3, GTS4, GTS5, PTB, PTC, PTD, PTE, PTF, ST1, ST2, ST3, SU, ES, ESR, TTU, TT1, TT2, TT3, TTB, TTC, TTD, TTE, TTF ! Product awards are available to 1st and/or 2nd place drivers for each NASA regional, Enduro, or Rally Sport race. ! Proof of purchase from an authorized distributor is required to claim contingency awards. ! A minimum of 5 starters are required in a class to claim 1st place awards 2nd place awards. ! See Payout schedule above for award amounts. ! To receive awards, contingency claim forms must be filled out completed and submitted to Trackside Performance. ! All contingency awarded tires must be claimed within 30 days of the date of the race for which you are submitting a contingency claim form. ! Contingency award tires can only be claimed for one points race finish per day with a maximum of 2 race finishes per weekend. If there are more than 2 points races per weekend, the NASA regional director must determine which races will be counted toward results for the Yokohama contingency program. This optional contingency program is verified by NASA and paid for by Trackside Performance. Any additional questions regarding the program can be directed to (949) 589-5394. Trackside Performance retains the right to change the program details at anytime during 2014.
