YOU:NIQUE 30% PETROL CASH BACK CAMPAIGN CAMPAIGN PERIOD 1. This “You:nique 30% Petrol Cash Back” Credit Card Acquisition Campaign (“this Campaign”) by Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad (“ABMB”) will commence from 1 July to 31 August 2014, both dates inclusive (“the Campaign Period”), unless otherwise specified. ELIGIBILITY 2. This Campaign is only open to the new cardmembers of ABMB’s You:nique Credit Card (“the Eligible Card”) who satisfy the following criteria (“the Eligible Cardmembers”) : a. person(s) not holding a principal credit card issued by ABMB, b. person(s) who have cancelled his/her principal credit card issued by ABMB more than six (6) months ago, before his/her application for the Eligible Card as the principal cardmember thereof is approved from 1 July to 14 September 2014. 3. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the following person(s) shall however not be eligible for this Campaign: a. permanent and/or temporary staff or employees of ABMB (including its subsidiaries and related companies); b. representatives and/or agents (including advertising & promotion agents and information technology vendors) of ABMB and their immediate family members (i.e. spouses, children, parents, brothers and sisters); and/or c.

individuals below the age of 18 years

d. individuals who are financially insolvent or have been adjudicated a bankrupt; and e. any other person(s) as ABMB may decide to exclude at its sole and absolute discretion without assigning any reason therefor.

CAMPAIGN CRITERIA 4. In order to qualify for the 30% cash back on petrol transactions (“the Cash Back”) for this Campaign, the Eligible Cardmembers shall spend at least RM1,000 on retail transactions via the Eligible Card within the first 60 days from the approval date of the Eligible Card (“the Qualifying Spend Criteria”). 5. In the event the Eligible Cardmembers concurrently apply for the Eligible Card together with any credit card(s) from any of ABMB’s other on-going campaigns whereby the credit cards are approved on the same day, the Eligible Cardmembers shall only be entitled to participate in the campaign whereunder the first transaction of the said credit cards is made. 7. Subject to the provisions of Clause 6 hereinabove, each of the Eligible Cardmembers is entitled to participate in any one of ABMB’s on-going credit card campaigns for new cardmembers only. 8. The Cash Back shall be credited into the Eligible Cardmembers’ respective accounts in respect of the Eligible Card (“the Card Accounts”) within eight (8) weeks after the month wherein the Qualifying Spend Criteria is fulfilled. 9. Each of the Eligible Cardmembers is entitled to receive the Cash Back once only and of a maximum value of RM100 throughout the whole of the Campaign Period. 10. Only a total of Ringgit Malaysia One Hundred Thousand (RM100,000) (“the Campaign Cap”) has been allocated on a first come, first served basis for the Cash Back give-out under this Campaign and ABMB shall cease giving out the Cash Back once the Campaign Cap is reached. 11. Only local and international retail and online transactions that are successfully captured and posted in ABMB’s system (“the Qualified Transactions”) shall be taken into account for purposes of this Campaign. All “Instalment Payment Plan” (IPP) retail transactions shall be treated as one (1) transaction based on the full amount of the retail transaction. For international transactions, the calculation of the Qualified Transactions shall be made after their conversion to Ringgit Malaysia (RM) only. 12. Any entry of the Qualified Transactions that has been reversed out from ABMB’s system shall be excluded and disqualified from this Campaign. 13. All transactions involving any “Cash Advance”, “Balance Transfer” and “Fast Cash” and fees and charges such as Finance Charges, Late Charges, Annual Fees, and Government Service Tax including split transactions and transactions which have been reversed out and/or are void are not qualified for this Campaign. 14. In the event the Eligible Cards shall be cancelled, blocked, suspended or terminated after the Cash Back is credited into the Card Accounts, any remaining credit balance of the Cash Back shall not be refunded to the Eligible Cardmembers but shall be wholly forfeited by ABMB.

GENERAL

15. Subject to the prior fulfillment of all the terms and conditions herein (“this Campaign’s T&Cs”), any matter which is not covered in this Campaign’s T&Cs, shall be determined by ABMB at its absolute discretion. 16. By participating in this Campaign, the Eligible Cardmembers shall be deemed to have unequivocally accepted and agreed to be bound by this Campaign’s T&Cs. The Eligible Cardmembers also hereby irrevocably consent to and authorise ABMB to disclose their particulars to the third party service provider engaged by ABMB for the purpose of this Campaign.

17. The Card Accounts must at all times during the Campaign Period be in good credit standing and not be in breach of any one or more of the terms of this Campaign’s T&Cs or ABMB VISA/MasterCard Card Agreement in order to be entitled to the Cash Back. 18. ABMB shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in the transmission of evidence of transactions by Visa International Incorporated, MasterCard Worldwide, or any merchant establishments or any postal or telecommunication authorities or any other party of which may result in the Eligible Cardmembers being omitted or disqualified from receiving the Cash Back during the Campaign Period. 19. ABMB reserves the sole and absolute right to add, delete, suspend or vary this Campaign’s T&Cs, (whether wholly or in part) by way of posting on the ABMB’s website, or in any other manner ABMB deems suitable in order to give prior notice to its customers. 20. For avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, termination, suspension or extension of the Campaign Period shall not entitle the Eligible Cardmember to any claims or compensation whatsoever against ABMB or for any loss or damages whatsoever suffered or incurred by the Eligible Cardmembers in respect thereof (whether direct or indirect). 21. ABMB shall not be responsible nor accept any liability of whatsoever nature and howsoever arising or suffered by the Eligible Cardmembers resulting directly or indirectly from this Campaign or by any other matters whatsoever in connection with this Campaign.
