LongArm Training Facility Olde City Quiting is committed to providing you with the tools necessary to become a successful longarm quilter whether you choose to quilt professionally or for your own pleasure. Our staff of experienced longarm quilters bring, not only their certifications ,but also real life experience gained from running their own successful machine quilting businesses. Olde City Quilts first opened their doors August, 2006 in historic Burlington, New Jersey . They were the first quilt shop in the southern New Jersey and Philadelphia metropolitan area to offer a long arm machine rental program to customers. The rental programs success required the addition of a second hand guided machine in 2008. In December 2010 Olde City Quilts joined Gammill Quilting Systems as an Authorized Gammill & Statler Dealer. Their North Atlantic territory includes New Jersey, eastern New York, and Connecticut. Lynne Blackman, an established Certified Creative Studio Trainer and Authorized Gammill Sales Representative, transferred to Olde City Quilts upon it inception. Lynne brings four years of Gammill expertise and is recognized as a national Creative Studio Instructor. She is a charter member of S.U.G.A.R. and teaches on the National Quilt Show Circuit. Lynne is also a Statler pattern vendor with a full line of digitized patterns available through www.blackmanquiltstudio.com. She provides custom digitizing on demand and teaches Auto-sketch for Statler use.
