In your MERALCO electric bill, encircled in blue box is the primary ATM/Phone Reference Number that will be used in paying your MERALCO bill in any of the available bills payment channel of China Bank. This includes ATM, China Bank Online, Tellerphone (IVRS), and Mobile Banking.
