At Andaz, your Wedding Specialist will assist you with vendor recommendations and menu customization and serve as your "go to" person for any and all hotel related services. Every event is unique and requires different levels of attention. If you are the "do it yourself" bride you may only need a day of coordinator to take care of all the last minute details and ensuring everyone gets down the aisle in style while we ensure the cocktails, cuisine, and service your guests receive are flawless. Your Hyatt Wedding Specialist can provide you with an extensive list of Wedding Coordinators with a variety of packages.
WELCOME PACKETS & GIFT BAGS Greet your guests with a gift upon arrival. The following prices apply to any gifts given out to your guests at the front desk or delivered to their guestrooms. One generic gift bag at front desk or delivery $4.00 per bag
GUEST ACCOMMODATIONS A room block can easily be set up for guests attending your event at the Andaz Scottsdale Resort & Spa. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and checkout time is 12 noon. If you would like to set up a block of rooms, a minimum of ten guestrooms must be guaranteed or the prevailing hotel rate will be offered.
FINAL PAYMENT Final payment in the form of a cashier’s check, money order, credit card or cash is due at least ten (10) business days prior to the wedding date. A refundable 20% overage deposit will be collected with the final payment to cover charges and/or incidentals charges incurred during and following the wedding.
CONFIRMATION OF SPACE & DEPOSITS Once you decide this is the perfect place for your wedding, an initial non-refundable deposit of 30% of estimated charges is required to confirm your date along with a signed contract.

GURANTEE A final guaranteed number of guests is due by 11:00 a.m. three business days before your event. After we receive this number, it may not be reduced. We will be ready to serve 3% over the guaranteed number you provide. VENDORS We request all vendors to deliver flowers, linens, audio visual, etc. no sooner than two (2) hours prior to your scheduled events. All items must be removed following the event, unless arrangements have been made with your Andaz Personal Wedding Designer. All vendors must supply their own equipment and ladders. All vendors must sign off on the hotel's code of conduct and provide a certificate of insurance naming the hotel additionally insured.
