Basketball and Cheerleading Registration - CALLING ALL BOYS AND GIRLS ages 5-18! Youth Basketball and Cheerleading registration will take place on November 4, 11, and 18 from 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. at the Main Campus Gymnasium. Youth basketball registration is $52 per child and cheerleading registration is $95 per child. Youth Basketball Registration is also available on our website by clicking the MINISTRIES tab, then SPORTS & RECREATION. Cheerleading Registration is on-site registration ONLY. Faith & Action Project - The Faith & Action Project presents the public conversation “Poverty: A Community Responds,” on November 8 from 7 - 9 p.m. at the Marriott Indianapolis Downtown, featuring national thought leaders focused on housing, education, and hope. The event and parking are free, but tickets are required. For more information and to reserve tickets, visit https://pacr.eventbrite.com. Marriage Ministry Retreat - Join ESC’s Marriage Ministry for FamilyLife’s Weekend to Remember getaway in Dayton, Ohio on November 10 - 12. Couples will learn how to improve communication, anticipate and handle conflict, and experience marriage the way God intended. To register, visit our website and click on the CALENDAR tab. Baptismal Services - The next baptismal services are November 12. Registration is required and must be completed by October 4. New Member’s Orientation - The next New Member’s Orientation will be held on November 18 at the Cooper Road Campus from 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Registration is required and must be completed by November 15 to participate. Thanksgiving Day Service - This year’s Thanksgiving Day worship service will take place on November 23 at 10 a.m. at the Main Campus. The year’s Thanksgiving Gift of Love offering will support The ROCK Initiative. WorkOne Workshops at ESC Care Center - Eastern Star Church Care is partnering with WorkOne to offer workshops and career coaching services at the Care Center every Thursday. Last Children’s Church and Teen Church for 2017 - The last Children’s Church for 2017 will take place on November 19. The last Teen Church will be held on November 26. Both will resume in 2018.
