Passing…. Setting…. Hitting…and more!!! The purpose of this clinic is to teach volleyball skills, and to get young people more physically active.
Saturday October 4, 2014 9:00 am - 12:30 pm Irondale High School Gym The Irondale Volleyball team will be hosting a Volleyball Clinic open to all students in Grades 4th to 8th There is a $15 fee per individual for this clinic ($20 Family Cap). The cost includes the Clinic, a T-shirt, and a snack for each participant.
The clinic will be conducted by the Irondale Volleyball Team who will be on hand to provide tips on volleyball skills and what it is like to be a High School athlete. Clinic participants will be able to spend time in each of the following areas: ✤Dynamic warm-up ✤Passing ✤Serving ✤Tipping ✤Setting ✤Digging ✤ Blocking ✤Hitting ✤Footwork ✤Strength and Conditioning ✤Area Games and much more.
