No Experience Necessary Camp will be run by current members of the RHS Football Coaching Staff as well as current and former members of the Minutemen Football Program. A Revere High School Athletic Trainer will be on staff for the camp.

2017 Revere Youth Flag Football Camp July17th—20th
Athletic shorts, t-shirt, athletic socks, and football cleats. Bring tennis shoes for indoor activities. Water bottles and SUN BLOCK are strongly encouraged. Camper’s name should appear on all items brought to camp.
CAMP PHILOSOPHY The Revere Youth Flag Football Camp teaches the non-contact fundamentals of offensive and defensive football. The camp will strive to build confidence and selfesteem while instructing in the correct techniques to successfully play the game of football.
EXPECTATIONS Our goal is to build from last year’s very successful youth football camp. Over 200 different participants—including many former and present Revere football players have enjoyed the experience. The Revere Coaching Staff is looking forward to working with your future Minutemen!
FACILITIES The camp will be held at the RHS Football facility. Campers will report daily to the football stadium. In the event of inclement weather, camp will be held in the high/middle school gymnasiums.
WHAT NOT TO BRING Hats, food, I-Pods, cell phones, tablets, money or valuables.
SPECIAL FEATURES
Each day includes Flag Football tournaments and skill competitions.
Instruction and lectures will be given by the Revere Football Staff and a variety of past players and special guests.
Campers will receive a t-shirt.
Each day features offensive/defensive instruction by position

I understand that my child should obtain a medical evaluation and doctor’s approval prior to participation in the Revere Youth Flag Football Camp. PARENT/GUARDIAN AGREEMENT I affirm that my child’s participation in the Revere Youth Flag Football Camp is entirely voluntary, and understand that participation in the Revere Youth Flag Football Camp involves a risk of injury due to certain inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries, such as, but not limited to, the following: contact with other individuals playing in the game; contact with the floor, walls, goals, posts or equipment which are part of the playing area; and strenuous exertions, quick movements, and changes of speed, which place stress on the cardiovascular, muscular, and skeletal systems. The specific risks vary from (1) minor injuries such as scratches, bruises and sprains, to (2) major injuries such as eye injury or loss of sight, joint or back injuries, heart attacks, and concussions, to (3) catastrophic injuries including paralysis and death. I understand that if I have questions about possible hazards, it is my responsibility to seek additional information from the Revere Youth Flag Football Camp staff prior to signing this Form. I also understand that, despite safety precautions, neither the Revere Youth Flag Football Camp nor the Revere Local School District Board of Education can guarantee that my child will not be injured. My child and I agree to assume these risks. I understand that the best way to make sure that my child remains safe and avoids injury is for him to follow the rules, regulations and instructions of the staff of the Revere Youth Flag Football Camp.
