CAMP INFORMATION AND FEES
WHAT TO BRING
1:30 p.m. Check-in (first day) 2:00 – 5:00 p.m. (30 min. lunch break)
These courses are recommended for beginning to experienced youth players from 3rd to 6th grade. SERVING $40 Athletes will learn proper serving mechanics to emphasize on as they grow and get stronger. Athletes will also learn the progression from basic to more advanced serving techniques. SPIKERS $40 Athletes will learn an efficient arm-swing, posture, proper handwork, footwork and jump approach. They will learn proper hitting mechanics and the progression from standing to jumping. DEFENSE/PASSING $40 Athletes will learn the attitude, skills, and communication needed to serve receive and play tenacious defense. FULL SERIES $115 Receives a ball and T-shirt
Lunch food, T-shirt, shorts, athletic shoes, socks, kneepads, towel, and water bottle.
PHYSICAL AND INSURANCE
All CWU clinic participants are required to provide a non-returnable physical fitness statement from their physician, a CWU Camper Health/Emergency Information and Hold-Harmless form, and proof of their own medical insurance prior to their participation in the CWU Clinic. Individuals will NOT be allowed to participate without properly completed forms. The CWU athletic training staff will be on duty during sessions and on-call throughout the day.
