Rain Cap & Lock’n Go Base Tee
Z-Max Rain Cap with Flashing Assembly and Lock’n Go Base Tee. The new installer-friendly designs are engineered for both ease of installation and protection from the elements. Specifically created to prevent the entrance of driving rain, snow, debris, and animal intrusion. Z-Max stainless steel all-fuel chimney liner components incorporate industry leading design improvements and world class manufacturing techniques. Specialized close-tolerance forming and contaminate-free fusion welding processes produce continuously welded water tight seals, superior fit, finish and service life. The unique locking mechanism of Z-Max Rain Cap ensures speedy cap removal for cleaning. The ember screen meets all national code requirements. The concave support plate is designed to permit snow and rain run-off and is pre-stressed to support the liner’s weight. The flashing collar is continuously welded to the support plate ensuring a water tight seal. With no special tools required, Z-Max Lock’n Go Tee installs in half the time of standard tees. The clamp is now factory installed and the nut positioned near the end of the branch making access quick and easy. The safe internal stainless lock mechanism guarantees mechanical integrity even in extreme heat conditions. Fusion welded construction and hydraulic tool forming provides the professional calibrated fit. Listed UL1777/ULCS635 for use with Category 1 Natural Draft Appliances 304 Stainless Steel Construction Available in 3”-24” diameters. Special 22” long branch available (Please refer to rigid tee for use with rigid liner or when stacking tees together)
