KEY BENEFITS

Zimbra Collaboration, already used and trusted by over 500 million users worldwide, now includes Zimbra Drive — free! The out-of-the-box Zimbra Drive Enterprise-level file sync and sharing functionality is a server extension that interconnects Zimbra with a secure ownCloud/Nextcloud server.

• Data is in your data centers

How do your employees share sensitive information? How are they syncing data between your company’s servers and their personal devices and home computers?

With the rising popularity of cloud-based services and the use of personal devices, your confidential data may be out of your control, putting you at risk of data leakage and violation of privacy policies Where is your company’s data? Is it secure? Is it protected by privacy laws? Is it even in your own country?

Zimbra Drive provides your users with a single, secure access point for data, and that data is stored on your servers to meet your security and privacy requirements.

• Data is managed by your IT department • Adhere to the security policies of your industry, country, etc. • All part of the intuitive Zimbra Web Client interface • Back up with popular storage options

Secure Data in Your Data Center, Managed by Your IT Department

Zimbra Drive = Data Security Your users continue to use Zimbra for email, calendar, tasks, etc., while securely accessing and sharing their corporate files through the Zimbra Web interface, or even using native apps. Zimbra Drive gives you the power to: • Securely manage your data in your own data centers — all sensitive data is on your servers, inside your firewalls and protected by your privacy measures. • Integrate with your existing IT systems and policies including security systems, user directories, governance work flows, intrusion detection, monitoring, logging and storage management and more.
