10 Bollywood Remakes That Failed To Woo Us 03 Jan,2016 Desi At times, Bollywood makes it a point to depict that imitation is an art by itself. The so many remakes that it creates inspired from Hollywood and not sometimes manages to turn out to hit for the cinema. There is obviously the majority of them that turn into flops and that's what we'd be talking about today. Here are the 10 top flops of Bollywood remakes that we have seen so far -

1. The Notebook - U Me Aur Hum

Based on the novel created by Nicholas Sparks, U Me Aur Hum was a complete copy of The Notebook. While Rachel McAdams and Ryan Gosling made hearts fly on the screen, Kajol and Ajay Devgan didn't do so well.

2. My Best Friend's Wedding - Mere Yaar Ki Shaadi Hai

Apparently Uday Chopra's only stint that can be remotely attached to his role in Hollywood movies. Otherwise? The movie came and went and nobody had any idea what the hell happened!

3. Step Mom - We Are Family

You know the movie did horribly at the box office when a talent like Kajol couldn't save it either. Enough said.

4. Liar Liar - Kyoki Main Jhoot Nahi Bolta

When Govinda tried to a pull off a Jim Carrey and his career went down the hill.

5. Reservoir Dogs - Kaante

Even a beautiful make like Reservoir Dogs wasn't spared and then Kaante managed to disappoint us tremendously.

6. Knight And Day - Bang Bang

The latest selection to 'horrible Bollywood remakes' would definitely be Bang Bang copied from Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz's action flick, Knight And Day. Not only did it horribly get 'banged' in the box office but even the change in the story line sucked big time.

7. I Know What You Did Last Summer - Kucch To Hai

When a movie features Esha Deol, Anita Hassanadani and Tushar Kapoor in lead roles, why would anyone dare to even watch it?

8. The Italian Job - Players

When Abhishek Bachchan tries to play the Bollywood counter part of Mark Wahlberg, this is what happens.

9. Bruce Almighty - God Tussi Great Ho

While Bruce Almighty featured Jim Carrey and his wonderful comic timing, the latter contained cheesy

performances and horrible come backs from Salman Khan and Priyanka Chopra.

10. Serendipity - Milenge Milenge

Literally one of the sloppiest attempts at ever remaking a movie.
