MANDATORY! Students are expected to have the following general supplies for all classes throughout the school year. Students are responsible for replacing materials as these run out. General Supplies for all classes: ✓ Blue or black ink pens only ✓ Pencils and erasers ✓ Loose-leaf paper ✓ A SEPARATE two-pocket folder for each class (need 5 total--TWO will be for history class) All folders and notebooks are to be used only for that class! ✓ (Optional) If you do not already have one, please purchase a USB flash drive. Approximate cost: $9.99 at STAPLES English: o Must have a pencil and blue or black ink pen EVERY day! One highlighter pen for annotations 2 College-Ruled composition notebooks o 1 sturdy pocket folder for English class handouts only 6 pads of sticky notes for annotations Global History: o Must have a pencil and blue or black ink pen EVERY day! o A 3-SUBJECT SPIRAL notebook (8 ½ “x 10” or 8 ½ “ x 11”) for all HISTORY EVIDENCE NOTES and journal responses writing. DO NOT buy a composition book or smaller size notebook or 3 ring binder. o You must have it daily! o TWO sturdy 2-pocket folders for THIS HISTORY class handouts only. o Your own set of yellow highlighters (or other colors) and whiteout (if you need it). (You will be annotating documents!)
