11th Asian Community Games Tenpin Bowling Tournament – Woodbridge Bowl, June 6, 2015 ~ ~ ~ Notices & Updates to registered tournament bowlers ~ ~ ~
Please report to the registration desk between 9:00 to 9:15 am. Team captains can report on behalf of their teammates.
Opening ceremony will be started at 9:20 am.
Lane assignments for 4-person team event will be posted on the website & facebook page of Zone Bowling Club and Asian Community Games. The full list will be posted in the center on June 6.
Score sheets will be distributed to the lanes by volunteers.
Lane oil-pattern will be posted on the website & facebook page of Zone Bowling Club and Asian Community Games before June 6, 2015.
Recaps of tournament rules & regulations will be posted on lanes. Please refer to general rules on registration form for dress code.
The winners of the events in the day are invited to attend the march parade of the Official Opening Ceremony of the 11th Asian Community Games on June 7, 2015 ( 10:30 am to 12:00 noon ) at Centennial Park Stadium in Etobicoke, Ontario. One of the winners is invited to carry the torch and making the oaths on behalf of the tenpin bowling event in the opening ceremony. The Toronto mayor and some city councilors will attend the opening ceremony. -
ACG bowling committee, Mary Leung & Peter Lau, will liaise with the winners immediately after the games are completed.
All family & friends of the ACG participants are invited to attend the Official Opening Ceremony and it’s free for admission. Details of the opening ceremony is per attached sheet.
