The two-time captain and dynamic defender Brittany Botticelli hails from Commack, New York and has had a prolific career as a Vassar Brewer. Her best highlights are against Liberty League opponents, a testament to her dedication to the team success. They include her 2015 hat trick against Liberty League rival Union College, her 2015 defensive performance versus William Smith with five ground balls, and her four caused turnovers against RPI in 2016. A midfielder from Shelton, Connecticut, Sydney Spadinger has used her speed and tenacity to assist the Brewers during her four years. In 52 total games played, she has started 38 of them. BLOOMFIELD HILLS, MI/CRANBROOK KINGSWOOD From Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, Darby Stahl is a midfielder and defender for the Brewers. Her four years have yielded 45 total games with 32 starts. Two-time captain Julia Trudell from Newton, Connecticut has been a force for the Brewers. Her athleticism, composure, and leadership have made her one of the most decorated players. Playing in 60 games and starting 56 of them, Trudell has achieved 94 goals and 38 assists, a total of 132 points. Taking many of the draws for Vassar in her career, Trudell has been able to control the field of play. A standout year for her was in 2016, where she registered two games with four goals each, an average of over two draw controls per game, and garnered the most shots on goal of her career with 44. For her efforts on the field, Trudell has been awarded two Liberty League Honorable Mentions. Off the field, she has also earned three Liberty League All Academic Team nods, and is the daughter of George and Leslie Trudell.
