150 CNC Universal production grinding machines for medium to large size workpieces Grinding machine 150 CNC for universal applications, in small to large batches Grinding of short workpieces in a chuck or long shafts in a steady rest Equipment: can be equipped with: • one single wheelspindle • a four position NC indexing wheelspindles turret permitting internal or external grinding operations. Optional: B axis for workhead angular swivel (taper grinding). Loading/unloading • manual or automatic, with a double arm device, a gantry loader or a robot. Control NC FANUC, with VOUMARD developed programming software. • Options permitting - grinding of internal and external diameters with only one setup (clamping) - grinding of profiles - grinding of threads, flat surfaces of spindle nose and keyways - the teleservice makes easy the process of remote dialogue between the user and VOUMARD.
