CNC Motion
for 6000, 8000, Super proLIGHT, & Expert Mill

For Summer Core Training, use the license key PLTW-BNCH-TRNG-0120 and select 6000 BENCH MILL in step 7.
Before You Start • This is a standalone license; not a network license. • These instructions are for the 6000, 8000, Super, or Expert Mill only. They will not work for Regular Prolight 1000 Mill. • Disable your anti-virus program.
Instructions 1. Download the software from the LMS Training Course or go to: http://intelitekdownloads.com/PLTW/ICNC/ 2. Unzip the folder and save it to a location to which you have full access. 3. If prompted to allow the software to make changes to your computer, select Run.
4. On the Welcome dialog box, select Next. 5. Select Yes to agree to the license agreement. 6. Select CNCMotion for intelitek CNC and then select Next.

7. Select BenchMill 6000 Machining Center and Next.
8. Select Common to all users, then select Next.
9. To keep the default install path, select Next.
10. Select Install. 11. Allow the Intelitek drivers to install if you are prompted. Choose Always trust (ensure that it is checked).Choose Install.
12. When prompted, restart your computer. Page 2 © Project Lead The Way
13. If you choose not to restart your computer, to license CNCMotion you must select the folder Program Files (x86) > Intelitek > CNCMotion for intelitek CNC.
14. Right-click the file iCNCConfig.exe and select Run as Administrator.
15. Select Subscription License.
16. Enter your subscription key. USE THIS CODE FOR ACTIVATION: PLTW-BNCH-TRNG-0120 17. If you are having issues with activation, ensure that you have downloaded the correct installer for the type of mill you have. Make sure that the license you are using matches the above license pattern.
