TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN LIVING LAB •E ach participant in Living Lab needs to be in possession of an entrance ticket to the AEC; • T he AEC organisers will provide domed tents and standing tables for general use (please see the floor plan). You can use these to display your leaflets and brochures. This network space is not meant for presenting your product or company. You can rent your own standing table and parasol for this; • T he AEC organisers can produce banners and other promotional materials at tariffs available on request. These products will be your property after 13 April 2016; • I f poor weather (snow, rain, thunderstorm) does not permit the lunch and drinks to be served outside, these will be served inside the KIT. The Living Lab will still take place in the event of bad weather. AEC 2016 participants will have the opportunity to visit the inner garden.
