The bathrooms have lino flooring, ceramic tile tub surrounds and pedestal sinks. Kitchens have lino flooring, refurbished cabinets, and arborite countertops, 24” stoves and 24” frost free fridges. The living area is carpeted and three units have fireplaces. There is a beautiful panoramic view from the top floor suite. The tenants in units #5 and #7 have their electricity included in the rent.
