• Density above 3.24 FAR (90,730 sf, excluding LEED bonus): – Crystal City Sector Plan aspirational goal is for 20% of this GFA to be on‐site affordable to 60% AMI – Still negotiating value of this 90k additional GFA and if full 20% affordable is feasible. Unit mix of affordable units TBD
