18th July 2017 Winyates News I would like to say a huge thank you to all the children, parents, carers and staff for another excellent year at Winyates, full of many successes. I wish the year 6 children the best of luck for their transition to secondary school – we are all very proud of you and know that you are ready for the next step! We are also saying goodbye to some support staff at the end of this year. Miss Ludlow and Mrs A Bishop have both secured permanent posts as teaching assistants at The Beeches school and we wish them all the best as they take on this new challenge. Miss Ludlow has worked with us for a few years now and has really supported the children she works with, her cheery disposition will certainly be missed. Whilst Mrs Bishop has only been with us for a short time, she too has been a great support for the children and families she has worked with. I would like to say a huge thank you to both of you from the children, staff, parents and carers of Winyates.
Best wishes and congratulations to Mr Carson, Miss Steer, Miss Scott and Donna in the kitchen, who are getting married during the summer holidays. We look forward to welcoming back Mrs Joubert, Mrs Rawlins-Found and Mrs Towell after the summer break. I hope you all have a lovely summer break and enjoy the time with your families. My 6 years at Winyates have been really great and I loved working with you all during this time. I am sure that I will still see many of you and look forward to seeing how Winyates continues to grow in the future years. Miss C Lomas School Leader Year 4 The Tiger Cubs
