NOTE: NSIC Women’s Basketball Tournament Champion earns automatic qualification to the 2010 NCAA Division II Women’s Basketball Central Regional Tournament held March 12, 13, 15 - site to be determined. The winner of the Central Region will advance to the Elite Eight to be held March 23, 24, and 26, 2010 at St. Joseph Civic Arena in St. Joseph, Missouri. Host: Missouri Western State University

Tiebreakers - Augustana College and Wayne State split during the season. Augustana College won Strength of Schedule (SOS) tiebreaker. Winona State played MSU Moorhead once this season in Moorhead, Minn. and won, giving them the tiebreaker.
