Belle Clair Soccer History The Belle-Clair Soccer League (BCSL) has been in existence since 1967 and produces a very active youth soccer program. Our program serves approximately 1,700 boys and girls ages 5 to 18 on over 130 teams in the St. Clair County area each year. The league is run by hundreds of volunteers and a small staff dedicated to providing the best soccer experience.
Mission The mission of the league is to provide a venue for children to exercise, learn the game of soccer, and to help them build a friendly competitive spirit. We provide all of our players with a positive soccer influence through environment, guidance, and training allowing them to grow and develop individually in a team setting to their full potential.
Our objectives • • •
To afford the opportunity to every boy and girl to participate in the soccer program To promote and stress sportsmanship among players, managers, coaches, referees, parents and spectators. To engage the community as coaches, managers, referees, coordinators and any other capacity in which leadership is required
