Very aromatic nose of gardenias and white flowers, stone fruit and melon. A garden of fresh herbs with noticeable wild mint and basil and hints of sumac, chervil and thyme. In the mouth the wine has volumes of citrus fruit, peach, nectarine, orange and lemon. Medium bodied, with moderate acidity, the mouth feel is rich and lush, finishing with melon and herbal notes. I could see this with deviled eggs and smoked paprika, a frisee salad with lardons and a poached egg, or any picnic fare.
