Strawberry, raspberry and cherry with a hint of rhubarb. The color is electric, bright and shiny and you can’t help salivating looking at the bottle with condensation dripping down the side. A touch of herbal notes, like a summer garden of tomato leaf, basil and cut grass. The wine has bright acidity and spiciness, with wild strawberry and rhubarb or a day spent picking wild raspberries on a hike. Refreshing and so tasty, with cherry jam and wild herbs. Delicious of course with grilled salmon, duck and cherries, or a nicoise salad.
