General Information

* Incoming Freshman will lift and do SPEED from 10-12 when summer school begins. Athletes are welcome to come in the week prior to summer school starting from either 6—8 or 8—10.

Friday

* Middle School will do SPEED workouts and lift from 10-12 during scheduled summer school days.
