2015 – 2016 PARENTS’ GUILD DIRECTORY OPT-OUT FORM Parents’ Guild is presently working on our 2015-2016 School Community Directory, which will be available on Orientation Day, August 6th, and also at the Episcopal Online Store. We need your help to ensure the data will be accurate. We use the database that is generated from our Whipple Hill website service. Please double-check your information on the “My Profile” blue tab on the left side of My Episcopal after you log in. To make changes to your profile, go to www.ehsbr.org/profilechange. Please update your information on the website and send any corrections for the Directory to [email protected]. All data corrections must be made by Monday, July 6th in order for us to meet our printing deadline. We also will honor any wishes that certain information NOT be part of the Directory BUT we must have written or emailed instructions (see below) by the same deadline of July 6th.
