Jenny Garcia seconded: 7 - In Favor / 0 - Opposed / 0 - Abstained APPROVED President’s Message (Bryan Earnest): Recognition of Chris Worthley as SVSC Director of Soccer Operations (DSO) Recognition of past board members for their service and dedication to the CVSC. Recognition of Community Coordinators Special thanks to Ira Simet and Jerry Steward for their General Counsel over the past year. Special thanks to Brian Motzko and Melissa Sanders for volunteering for the CVSC BOD and their hard work and commitment to helping improve the BOD and advance the CVSC. Update on Director of Coaching position: o Recently signed Bill Boyer from Middletown, DE. o Reviewed Bill's qualifications o Bill will arrive on August 15th, 2015 CVSC will be expanding grants and sponsorship opportunities in 2015 CVSC will be expanding both our Winter program and our Scholarship program CVSC needs to recruit and train additional referees CVSC needs to continue promoting parent education and etiquette Recent CVSC member enrollment has been flat to slightly down, working on growing this number

Thank you to the Community Coordinators for your input Recreation Program: o The extended Registration process provides value but delays revenue deposits o $38,000 income since the books were last run o Community programs are working well o Next big date is the T-Shirt order (Next FRIDAY, July 31st) T-Shirt combination will be the same as last year o The preliminary game schedule will available around August 15th o TournyMachine will be used again to schedule games and fields o Season will run Saturday, September 19th through Saturday, October 31st. Referee Certification Clinic to be held August 21st and 22nd. o DSO will push this information out to the membership and coaches o Certification age: 12 and older o Location: Trinity Bible Church (Orchard and Main in Cedar Falls) o Registration: On-line o Fees will be reimbursed after 6 refereeing sessions have been completed
Financial Report (Kristi Wagner): From the end of 2013 to the end of 2014: CVSC was up ~$25,000 As of 6/30/15: CVSC has ~$6000 less due to Extended Registration o ~$7300 is still pending once registration is closed Capital expenditures are up slightly from last year The Indoor Winter Program paid less rent and netted ~$10,000 more than last year Concessions revenue is unchanged with similar expenses to last year New Business (Bryan Earnest): Congratulations to Dike on their Sports Complex Expansion Project A suggestion to have a CV Cup Committee run by Community representatives o This would help ensure continued success of this tournament and remove some of the burden from Jerry Steward and a few others that commit a lot of time to this event o This tournament is now open to other Level 3 teams from IA The CV Complex continues to be one of the best in the state of Iowa. The CVSC will continue to promote it use for state cup games and other tournaments. Election of BOD Officers: Floor nominations were requested - none were offered

Melissa Sanders and Brian Motzko will preside over counting the votes Chris Worthley will oversee the process Seven Candidates were nominated for 4 open board positions (2 year terms) Ballots were provided to 20 eligible voters at the beginning of the meeting, please vote for 4 persons and return completed ballot to Brian Motzko The BOD is asked to stay after the meeting for a brief discussion The new CVSC BOD members (in no particular order) are: o Mimi Coenen o James Cook o Carrie Rankin o Mandy Yoder
