2015 Round the Bays Collecting Team Race Bibs Dear Team Manager, Thank you for organising your team to take part in the 2015 Ports of Auckland Round the Bays. If you will be collecting your team’s race bibs on their behalf, note the following points for quick and easy collection. Please note that participant’s race bibs are packaged individually and may take some time to collate for large teams. 1. You MUST bring a copy of your team download, and sort it numerically, to collect your team’s race bibs. To download your team, follow the below steps: a. Login to your Member’s Hub using your email address and password. If you cannot remember your password, you can use the forgotten password option b. Click on Round the Bays in ‘Upcoming Events’. c. Click on ‘Ports of Auckland Round the Bays 2015’. d. Click on the team manager’s name. e. Click on ‘Team Management’ from the ‘Event Details’ drop down menu.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click ‘Download Team Members’ which will download an Excel file g. Ensure that you sort the file numerically by Bib Number and print

2. Bibs can be collected from The Well & Good Expo located at: ASB Showgrounds, Pavilion 3 217 Green Lane West Epsom, Auckland Friday, March 6: 9am – 7pm Saturday, March 7: 9am – 4pm 3. Please note that any runner who was entered and paid for prior to Wednesday, January 7 will have had their race bibs mailed to their valid New Zealand address. If they have not received their bib, they will be required to visit The Well & Good Expo to collect a replacement. If the address entered was incorrect at the time of entry, a replacement fee will be charged. 4. No bib = no run.

Important Race Day Information: 1. All runners must wear the race bib that has been assigned to them. This is for medical reasons and to ensure that runners receive their correct time and photos post event. The participant’s name is located on the top of the bib envelope, underneath the bib number. 2. All runners are required to write their emergency contact details on the back of their bib prior to the event. 3. All runners are required to start in the coloured start group corresponding with the colour on their race bib. Starting ahead of your allocated group will result in a disqualification. 4. Gear drop closes at 9:15am sharp and will be located on the corner of Tangihua St and Quay St. Runners are required to tear the perforated bag tag from their race bib and attach it to their bag. Bags will be available to collect from the finish between 10:30am and 12:30pm. 5. If you have organised a BBQ site for your team, please inform the team of your site location (Madills Farm or Glover Park) prior to race day.
