2015 Seasoned Solutions Cooking Classes and Culinary Tours of Edmonton Gail Hall is a chef, food educator, media personality and owner of Seasoned Solution’s Loft Cooking School, which focuses on the use of local and regional Alberta ingredients. Gail organizes and hosts Culinary Tours, taking groups of discerning gourmets on food adventures both local and worldwide. For over 18 years, Chef Gail Hall owned and operated Gourmet Goodies, an award-winning catering company with an award-winning cooking school. Gail is available to speak at conferences and workshops on a variety of topics related to her passion for food, cooking and eating well.
Loft Cooking School How can you experience a real taste of Alberta? A hands-on cooking class with Chef Gail Hall at Seasoned Solutions Loft Cooking School will introduce you to Alberta’s food culture. We’re known for our beef; but we also have award-winning artisanal cheese makers and producers of exceptional breads, pastries and produce. Depending on the date of the class, this experience will include shopping at one of Edmonton’s farmers’ markets, where you’ll shop and meet the vendors/producers of the recipe ingredients. With expert instruction provided by Chef Gail, you’ll prepare a wonderful meal paired with wine and then sit down to enjoy the food in the warm surroundings of a loft in the historic warehouse district of Edmonton, Chef Gail’s home. The school is less than a 15-minute walk from most major downtown hotels and conference venues. Schedule of classes at www.seasonedsolutions.ca. Private group classes (8 to 20 people) occur on any day or evening of the week, subject to availability. Customized menu available.
