The Avon Lake High School Varsity Staff and players will be hosting a summer skills camp for volleyball players entering grades 4 — 12. This camp will introduce all players to the proper training techniques and help more experienced players reach the next level of play! Come join us this summer to learn more about the exciting sport of volleyball! Strength training and conditioning will be introduced. CAMP DATES

We the undersigned players and parents, release the officials, directors and school system from any liability in the event of an injury occurring while traveling to, from, or during the Shoregal Volleyball Camp. We also authorize the staff of the Shoregal Volleyball Camp to act according to their best judgment in an emergency situation requiring medical attention and waive and release the tournament officials and Avon Lake Schools from any and all liability for an injury incurred while playing in the Camp. We have no knowledge of any physical impairment that would be affected by participation in this Camp. We further consent authorizing emergency medical treatment.
