The Avon Lake High School Varsity Staff and players will be hosting a summer skills camp for volleyball players entering grades 4 — 12. This camp will introduce all players to the proper training techniques and help more experienced players reach the next level of play! Come join us this summer to learn more about the exciting sport of volleyball! Strength training and conditioning will be introduced. C A M P
