Murrell had a fantastic collegiate debut for the Cougars last week, as she totaled 37 kills in helping to lead Caldwell to a 3-1 mark. She averaged 3.7 kills per set and hit just under .300. She had 49 digs and averaged an impressive 3.9 points per set. Murrell had a 12-kill, 10-dig effort in Caldwell’s 3-2 triumph over Stonehill.
Trabosh earned all-tournament honors for averaging 5.35 digsper-set in four matches at the Bentley University Invitational. She eclipsed the 20-dig plateau in each of the first two matches with 29 digs against the University of Minnesota - Crookston and 28 digs versus the University of New Haven. She also scored two aces and provided 12 assists.
Weekly Honor Roll NERISHKA CRUZ DE LA ROSA Georgian Court Helped the Lions to a 2-2 weekend at the Georgian Court University Invitational with 71 digs.
MIRANDA SHAW Wilmington Averaged 7.0 assists per set in her debut, playing in all four matches, including 47 in a win over Kutztown.
BRIANNA ROOT Post Root had 133 assists in her first collegiate action last week, including 37 against Southern Connecticut St.
