Kroon led the Lions to wins over Pace University and Dominican College last week. She scored two goals including the game winner against Pace then followed up that performance with a hat trick and another game winner against Dominican. Her 5 goals were on a team best 13 shots, with eight of those going on goal.
Ferrell continued the hot start to her collegiate career with the overtime game-winner in the Griffins’ CACC victory at Concordia. She completed a cross from Courtney Weidner in the final minute of the first overtime (100th minute), landing the Griffins a 3-2 victory. She also had an assist during the week for three points. She now has five points on a goal and three assists.
O’Connor was in net for both GCU’s wins last week allowing only 1 goal in 180 minutes of game action. The shutout of Dominican (1 save) was O’Connor’s first of the season. She made five total saves on the week. O’Connor recorded an .833 save percentage for the week as she earned her second-consecutive weekly defensive player award.

CARIN ESSEX-ARLINE Wilmington Scored a pair of goals and added an assist in WilmU’s only game of the week, leading the team to a 3-0 victory over Bloomfield in the CACC opener.
JORDAN JANSEN Nyack Had seven saves on eight shots faced against NYIT in 110 minutes of action. Nyack’s 1-1 draw ended NYIT’s three-match winning streak.
DANIELLE SPINUZZA Chestnut Hill Totaled five points last week, providing a goal and an assist in a win over Lincoln before scoring a second tally in the Griffins’s 3-2 overtime win versus Concordia.
REBEKAH LAWLER Nyack Scored a goal from 25 yards out to help Nyack force a 1-1 draw versus NYIT.

MADDI PAULSON Concordia Scored twice on two shots in a narrow 3-2 OT loss to Chestnut Hill. First goals of her collegiate career. ALEXIS PERRY Wilmington Scored her first collegiate career goal in a 3-0 victory at Bloomfield in the CACC opener. It was her only shot taken in the match.
