June 13th-June 30th and July 11th-July 29th (Monday-Thursday) Group 1

Anderson High School’s Strength and Conditioning Camp will be a combination of weight room and outdoor activities. The coaches will teach how to lift properly and safely, building a system of progressive “core” lifts with auxiliary lifts attached. These lifts will be a consistent landmark for High School and Middle School athletes that will be executed throughout the year in both locations. Terminology, reps and a systematic method that is safe and progressive will be executed by our coaches. Both female and male student athletes are welcomed and encouraged to attend. The outside portion of our program will be centered around agility and speed development. Flexibility, proper nutrition, and rest will be stressed. Anderson High School coaches from all sports will be working the camp. The cost of the camp is $150 for High School student athletes (Group 1 or 2) and $75 for Middle School student athletes (Group 3).
