2016 BGA Grandparents & Special Friends Day

Dismissal Plan After Performance Following the performance, guests are invited to the Middle and Upper Schools for class visitations and to the Lower School for classroom tours. Lower School Students will dismiss with their teachers to the back Cherry Sports Center gym where grandparents will locate their family member(s) via grade level signs. Grandparent(s)/ Special Friends will sign out family member(s) with the teacher. Lower School students without guests must be picked up by parents at the North side entrance of the Cherry back gym by 11:15 a.m. *Children waiting for guests to visit Middle and Upper School classes will remain in the back gym and will be picked up there by 12:15 p.m.A light snack will be served for these students. Middle School and Upper School Students with guests will connect with their Grandparents/ Special Friends outside of the Cherry Lobby. Special Note: A photographer will be available for a quick family photo in the back gym immediately following the show. This service will be available until12:30. Middle and Upper School Class Visitation 11:00-12:15 p.m. Lower School Tours 11:00-12:30 p.m. Shuttles to and from the Lower School will be provided. Guests desiring a tour of the Lower School have the option of taking the shuttle or their own transportation. Please Note: This is a half-day for students and no lunch will be served on this day. Middle School dismissal will be at 12:00 p.m., and Upper School dismissal will be at 12:15 p.m.
